I cleared out my pantry, reorganized it a bit, and checked expiration dates and got rid of extras.
Why I had three bottles of taco seasoning, I’ll never know. I gave the two sealed ones away, along with some still sealed fancy salts and pumpkin spice.
While I didn’t throw out a lot, reordering it put plenty front and center.
I want my cooking to be as local as possible with an emphasis on Asian style cuisine, as my partner is a bit more open to trying that. Not to mention, it’s generally rather healthy.
I have a lot of other cuisines to consume outside of that, however, in order to have a more cohesive pantry.
